Rehab Authority Physical Therapy in Nampa, ID is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated team. You will work under supervision to implement treatment plans, guide patient exercises, and monitor progress, contributing to high-quality patient outcomes.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with hourly pay ranging from $27.00 to $35.00 plus productivity incentives designed to reward patient access and care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• State licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Proficient in assisting with therapeutic exercises and treatment modalities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain thorough documentation.
• Prior PTA clinical experience and EMR familiarity recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the PT.
• Communicate with PTs regularly regarding patient progress.
• Guide and instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor and record patient progress and responses to treatments.
• Ensure caseload attendance and patient compliance.
