Tender Touch Rehab Services in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay of $34–$42. As a PTA, you will work under a PT, assist with patient evaluations, coordinate care, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory

Qualifications

• Must hold PTA license to practice in the state.
• PTA degree from an APTA-accredited program required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
