Job summary

Iva Post Acute is a 60-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility located in Iva, SC, seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Therapy Team. This full-time PTA role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and excellent benefits, with flexible scheduling to support work/life balance.

You will assist the PT with plans, treat both inpatient and outpatient clients, and help residents regain independence while collaborating with a friendly, interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted South Carolina PTA license.
• PTA degree from an accredited program.
• Experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting preferred.
• Passion for helping residents thrive.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist with treatment plans and patient care.
• Provide treatments to both inpatient and outpatient clients.
• Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence.
• Encourage and motivate residents through their rehab journey.
• Work alongside an interdisciplinary team.
• Celebrate resident progress and victories every day.
