Job summary

Iva Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in our warm, 60-bed skilled nursing and rehab community in Iva, SC. You’ll assist the Physical Therapist, treat both inpatient and outpatient clients, and help residents regain mobility, strength, and independence.

We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus, competitive pay of $30-35/hr, excellent healthcare benefits for full-time staff, flexible scheduling, CEU allowance, licensure reimbursement, and growth

Qualifications

• PTA degree from an accredited college/university.
• Active, unencumbered South Carolina PTA license.
• Experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist with treatment plans and patient care.
• Provide treatments to both inpatient and outpatient clients.
• Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence.
• Encourage and motivate residents through their rehab journey.
