Willow Valley Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. You will work alongside licensed therapists to provide high-quality rehabilitation services that help residents regain mobility and improve function.

This role offers a flexible schedule with a choice of a 4-day or 5-day workweek and comes with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift throughout shifts.
• Effective communication in English.
• Ability to work independently with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients under the supervision of licensed therapists.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented approach with patients and staff.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per guidelines.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nursing, and rehab staff.
• Meet productivity standards as directed by the supervisor.
