Qualifications

• Degree in an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current license/certification in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Lead prescribed exercises and activities to enhance function and recovery.
• Apply modalities and physical agents as directed and monitor responses.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home programs.
• Document progress and communicate with the supervising therapist.
