Tender Touch Rehab Services in Charleston, WV is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our SNF/Long-Term Care team part-time. You will provide PT services under supervision and help maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Active PTA license in the state of practice.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation/referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
