Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility to practice in the state employed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain accurate documentation with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy services in a senior living facility and private homes.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills and timely documentation.
• Maintain flexibility with working hours and schedules.
• Support resident independence through quality care.
