Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (FT) to join our SNF and long-term care teams in Hastings, MI. You’ll provide PT services under a licensed PT, support patient evaluation, and coordinate with the PT for referrals.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
