Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Adrian, MI. This part-time role offers a salary range of $55,000 to $70,000 per year and a supportive work environment in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

You will work under a licensed PT, assist in selecting patients for therapy, document per regulatory standards, and collaborate with clinicians to achieve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed PTA in the state of practice.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
