Renewal Rehab is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team for full-time work in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will provide PT treatments under supervision, assist with patient selection, coordinate with the PT for evaluations, and maintain compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation/referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
