Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Mitchellville, MD is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team. You will provide supervised therapy, assist clinicians, and help patients move toward their goals.

We offer a flexible full-time schedule (32-40 hours), a $3,000 sign-on bonus, mentorship for new grads, and access to nationwide CEU programs within the Select Medical network.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Maryland.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Must have passed the CAPTE national examination for PTAs.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients.
• Maintain professional communication with centers and patients to enhance care.
