Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Florida to provide skilled therapy services within Solaris HealthCare Pensacola, a SNF. This full-time role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, and competitive hourly pay.

You will work inside the dedicated therapy gym, helping residents regain function and independence. Requires Florida PTA license or eligibility; SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
