Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for full-time work in Decatur, IL. You will provide therapies under a licensed PT, help identify suitable patients, and coordinate care within a SNF/long-term care setting.

Must be a licensed PTA in Illinois. Competitive pay from $25.00 to $32.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits and supportive professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as PTA in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
