Renewal Rehab is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in Illinois, in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. You will provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT and support patient progress in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current state PTA license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
