Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in Traverse City, Michigan. The role supports SNF and long-term care settings, with a compensation range of $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year. A valid PTA license is required to apply.

You will work under a licensed PT, helping identify suitable patients, coordinate evaluations, and maintain compliant documentation, while contributing to a collaborative care team committed to quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
