Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to work in-facility under the Director of Rehab. You will help patients regain function by implementing therapy programs, following recovery plans, and delivering treatments.

You’ll address each patient’s unique needs and collaborate with a team to ensure the highest quality care. The position supports growth through mentorship and continuing education, with a patient-centered approach and a strong emphasis on compassionate

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Address the whole patient and treat them as an individual to restore, reinforce and enhance physical abilities.
• Collaborate with peers and referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide care in an in-facility setting with a patient-centered, compassionate approach.

Education
