Responsibilities

Assist the Physical Therapist in evaluating the effectiveness of treatment plans.
Implement therapies focusing on posture, balance, locomotion, strength, endurance, and functional activities.
Administer treatment methods under supervision.
Monitor patient progress and report outcomes to the supervisor.
Educate patients on therapeutic exercises and self-management.
Maintain documentation of care, plans, progress notes, and discharge recommendations.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and participate in discharge planning.
Ensure infection control and a safe environment; comply with policies.
