Job summary

Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant ( PTA ) to join the direct patient care team. You will provide routine physical therapy under the guidance of a Licensed Physical Therapist, supporting patient throughput and outcomes in a high-quality care environment.

• PTA license in Texas required or active/compact licensure with eligibility for permanent license.
• Two years of PTA experience preferred.
• BLS certification required or by American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Monitor and document patient responses and progress.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and safety.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with throughput and efficiency.
