Job summary

Skypark Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Torrance. You’ll deliver evidence-based care under PT plans of care while working with a close-knit team focused on patient experience and professional growth.

New grads are encouraged to apply. You’ll be paired with a supervising PT for weekly one-on-one case reviews during the first six months, with a structured ramp-up and paid mentoring time.

Qualifications

• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Spanish language ability is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based interventions under supervising PT plans of care.
• Manage an outpatient orthopedic caseload and report patient progress.
• Maintain accurate, timely payer-compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with PTs, aides, front desk staff, patients, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and process improvements.
