Qualifications

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Support development and progress of individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and coordinate with the team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out individualized treatment plans and therapeutic exercises under PT guidance.
• Manage assigned patients and maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation.
• Help maintain a clean, organized treatment environment and support clinic operations.
