Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• State licensure/registration and CPR certification is required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for most of a shift.
• Strong teamwork, time management and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled PTA treatment programs under a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Document patient activities and charges using medical terminology promptly.
• Maintain respectful communication with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
