Job summary

OhioHealth at Home, in partnership with Compassus, seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to assist in home-based therapy. You will help patients improve mobility under PT supervision, using AI-supported tools to document outcomes efficiently, enabling more hands-on time with patients.

Ideal candidates hold a COTA license, with an Associate or Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy Assistant, and adhere to safety standards including BLS.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of employment required.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire per facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Support PTs in therapy sessions focused on improving patient mobility.
• Use AI tools to assist in documenting therapy outcomes efficiently.
• Prioritize meaningful patient interactions while minimizing documentation distractions.
