Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Montana Physical Therapist Assistant license, or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed to help patients achieve their goals.
• Instruct and progress therapeutic exercise programs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and treatment techniques as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress with the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience and supportive clinic environment.
