OrthoRehab Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our on-site team in Montana. You will work under licensed Physical Therapists to deliver and progress individualized treatment plans, guiding patients toward their goals and improving mobility and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (PTA) is required.
• Current Montana PTA license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills are essential.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to help patients reach their goals.
• Instruct and progress therapeutic exercise programs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with standards.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience and clinic environment.
