Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold an Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• PTA license or certification required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions.
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, gait, balance, and strengthening activities.
• Perform range-of-motion and functional exercises.
• Monitor patient response and report changes to the PT.
• Educate patients on exercises and home programs.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
• Follow patient safety and infection control standards.
