Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a PTA to join our rehab team serving skilled nursing and post-acute facilities across Hawaii. You will implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans under a licensed PT, focusing on maximizing functional independence, safety, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, patient and family education, accurate documentation, and close communication with the interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• PTA license/certification required
• Ability to work under supervision of a licensed PT
• Rehabilitation experience preferred
