Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services seeks a licensed PTA to provide hands-on physical therapy interventions in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings across Hawaii. Working under the direction of a PT, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility to maximize independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA with current credential and eligibility to practice in Hawaii.
• Strong documentation and communication skills in a rehab setting.
• Ability to work under PT supervision within interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings in Hawaii.
• Under PT supervision, implement individualized treatment plans and assist with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility.
