Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver high-quality rehab services to geriatric and sub-acute residents in skilled nursing facilities.

Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to improve safety and independence.
