You will provide high-quality patient care under supervision, assist with treatment plans, and help patients regain function. AOTA/AOTCB credentials and continuing education are encouraged as part of ongoing professional development.

Qualifikationen

• Membership in AOTA and State OT organizations recommended.

Requirements for a Physical Therapy Assistant:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program accredited by the Board of Medical Examiners, the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Display evidence of interest in continuing education within the profession is desired.
• Must hold current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board (AOTCB).
• Strong recommendation of membership to the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and State organizations.
