Willow Crossing at Indiana Fitness Works Inc. is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support patient care across Muncie, Winchester, Portland, and Gas City.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
• Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board (AOTCB) is required or preferred.
• Strong recommendation of membership to the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and State organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care as a PTA.
• Support patient therapy across multiple Indiana sites: Muncie, Winchester, Portland, and Gas City.

Requirements for a Physical Therapy Assistant:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program accredited by the Board of Medical Examiners, the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Display evidence of interest in continuing education within the profession is desired.
• Must hold current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board (AOTCB).
• Strong recommendation of membership to the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and State organizations.
