Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our therapy team at Shalom Park in Aurora, Colorado. You will provide direct patient care to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions, and you will plan and implement evidence-based treatment programs under physicians’ orders.

The role includes supervising PTAs, documenting care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in physical therapy.
• State license in good standing.
• Mentorship available for new graduates as you learn and grow as a therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Assess, plan, implement, and document PT treatment programs.
• Supervise PTAs and support their care of patients.
• Communicate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
