We are looking for outgoing, energetic, positive salespeople to accurately represent our brand and provide our clients with exceptional customer service.

Our ideal candidate is highly motivated to achieve sales goals, thriving in a commission-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educating customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring all company and legal requirements are met
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening/closing business
• Managing daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours per day)
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends
