Join us to apply for the PT Weekend CLOSER Member Services Representative role at Pinnacle Fit Clubs LLC.

The Member Services Representative will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Schedule

• Full Time
• Saturday & Sunday: 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM
• 8-hour shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk activities including answering phones, checking members in, new member sign-up, tours, account updates, responding to questions, and maintaining cleanliness.
