Primary Purpose
As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform distribution center shipping/receiving functions, playing a key role in moving products accurately and safely within the distribution center.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving tasks as assigned by supervisor or designee
• Complete documentation related to shipping and receiving
• Select and palletize various product orders for shipment accurately
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment according to company policy
• Maintain a clean and debris-free work area
• Recommend process modifications to improve efficiency, productivity, and reduce costs

Qualifications

• Certification on powered industrial equipment where applicable
• Proficiency with computers for data entry and research
• Motivated self-starter and team player with strong attention to detail
• High School diploma
• Experience in a distribution environment

Preferred Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs repetitively
• Ability to meet production standards
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to read and understand product identifiers
• Flexibility to work required schedules
• Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions
