Job summary

Batesville is seeking a part-time warehouse associate in Franklin, MA. You will inspect units for quality, unload inbound and load outbound caskets safely, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

This role requires basic computer skills, reliability, and the ability to lift heavy items as needed. The schedule offers daytime or evening hours Monday through Friday with possibilities for shorter or longer shifts to meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• 1 year warehouse or related experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift/move 50 lbs frequently and over 100 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to drive a truck within facility and spot trailers.
• Flexible schedule including days, shifts and weekends.
• Forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each unit for quality.

Associates may work shorter shifts (as few as 4 hours) or full 8-hour shifts, depending on availability and operational needs.
