Hourly pay rate: $27.90

What you need to know about this position:

• The position is represented by a labor union.
• Schedule: 30 hours per week, starting at 3 pm.
• Location: 40 Leonards Dr, Montgomery, NY 12549.
• You may be working with forklifts and/or pallet jacks.
• Benefits are not provided under the current Collective Bargaining Agreement for Part-Time Associates; however, employees working during a holiday week will receive four hours of holiday pay.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will participate in daily warehouse activities such as truck unloading, putting away, picking, truck loading, stock counting, processing orders, accepting incoming shipments, and overseeing warehouse organization.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Participate in warehouse activities, including truck unloading, stock counting, order processing, and maintaining organization.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and conduct safety checks on equipment.
• Assemble and load products onto delivery trucks promptly.
• Perform order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Inspect and record all incoming deliveries and shipments.
• Follow safety and quality protocols to protect staff and products.

Job Specific Requirements:

• Valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID for access to military base facilities.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment and operate Warehouse Management Systems (SAP EWM).
• Proficient in physical activities such as lifting (up to 50 lbs/25 kg), bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks preferred.
• Possess or be able to obtain relevant licenses to operate equipment.
• Willingness to perform other related duties as assigned.
