• State approved training program and current certification in medication administration.
• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to communicate with all customers.

Responsibilities

• The Trained Medication Assistant administers medications and performs Resident Assistant responsibilities as assigned.
• Perform ADLs as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants while maintaining regulations and best practices.
• Monitor changes in resident's condition.
• Transfer and assist residents with mobility using gait belts or mechanical lifts.
