Lunewave Inc. is seeking a part-time Test Engineer in Tucson, Arizona. The position entails joining the hardware testing team for about 15-20 hours per week, focusing on the testing of radar sensors through controlled scenarios and real-world environments.

The ideal candidate will be pursuing a degree in engineering or related fields, possess excellent communication skills, and have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Linux, MATLAB, or Python is a plus. Availability on Tuesday and Thursday from 8AM to 2PM is required.

Part‑Time Test Engineer

Description Summary: Lunewave Inc. is looking for a part‑time test engineer to join the hardware testing team for 15‑20 hours per week. In this role, you will work closely with a small team conducting controlled scenario and real‑world testing of the radar sensor. The team is provided with a proposed test plan. You will gather the required equipment and conduct the outlined tests efficiently. All observations and changes to the test plan must be clearly documented and communicated back to the engineering team. Following the conclusion of the testing, the collected data will be added to the company’s database, where you will communicate the stored location to the rest of the team for analysis.
