An established industry player seeks a part-time Adult Services Librarian for a temporary role. This engaging position involves providing reference and advisory services, managing library collections, and planning programs to enhance community outreach. Temporary, Part-Time Staff Librarian – Adult Services (28 hours per week)
Part-Time for Approximately Three Months (Mid-November – Through March): $34.60 per hour/35 hours per week. MLS/MLIS students who have completed a Reference Course will be considered.
Organizational Role
Provides reference and reader’s advisory services. Administrates Library programs. Collaborates with the Adult Services Team. Performs collection management duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Preferred: MLS/MLIS from an ALA accredited library school. MLS/MLIS students who have completed a Reference Course will be considered.
Demonstrated experience and skills in the following areas: flexibility, initiative, teamwork, and customer service.
Proficiency in the use of current library technologies.
Possession of a valid driver’s license.
