Job summary

STAR Physical Therapy is seeking a physical therapy aide to support our therapists across treatments and daily clinic operations. You will assist with routines, prepare treatment spaces, and help with scheduling and basic administrative tasks in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Allied health path preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with treatments under direct supervision.
• Clean and maintain equipment, treatment areas, and linen supply.
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning hot pack machines and disinfecting treatment tables.
• Set up patients for treatments and assist with exercises as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Help with administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and scheduling patients.
• Order supplies and assist with inventory management under the direction of the Clinic Director.
• Maintain safety protocols, including equipment checks and fire safety procedures.
• Contribute to a positive clinic environment and support overall team efforts.
