Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists with direct patient care and treatment execution
• Administer therapeutic modalities including hot and cold packs, ultrasound, and other prescribed treatments
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure all therapy equipment is properly maintained, sanitized, and functioning optimally
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment that supports patient comfort and safety
• Document patient information and treatment details accurately while adhering to HIPAA compliance standards
• Support patients with exercises and mobility assistance under therapist supervision
• Greet patients warmly, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
• Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, and inventory management
• Communicate effectively with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care coordination
• Follow all clinical protocols and safety procedures consistently

Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Physical Therapy Technician to join our dynamic team in Grand Prairie. In this rewarding role, you'll work alongside physical therapists to deliver exceptional patient care in a supportive outpatient orthopedic setting.
