Job summary

Encompass Health, a national inpatient rehabilitation leader, invites a Physical Therapy Team Leader in Cleveland, TN to guide the therapy team, supervise scheduling, orientation, and training, and collaborate with hospital departments to deliver compassionate care.

You will provide direct patient care, mentor staff, ensure policy and treatment fidelity, and promote meaningful patient outcomes while benefiting from a supportive, inclusive culture and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or leadership, with two years clinical.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in daily therapy team operations, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments.
• Provide direct care to patients and build rewarding relationships by understanding each patient's physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
