Job summary

Bluffton Okatie Surgery Center is seeking a Surgical Scrub Technologist, PT to assist in a fast-paced ASC environment. The role scrubs for procedures, maintains a sterile field, and prepares instruments and supplies.

You will support the surgical team and participate in quality improvement activities. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, completion of a surgical technician program, state/center certification as required, and experience in an ambulatory surgical center is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a Surgical Technician program or equivalent experience.
• Certification as required by state/center.
• Experience in an ambulatory surgical center is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
