Overview

As a Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customers and deliver desired results. You will share responsibility for executing store operations and maintaining an attractive store environment. Reporting Line

The Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Support the management team to achieve sales targets and grow the business.

  • Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are consistently met.

  • Perform POS transactions and execute supervisor functions in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications
  • Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume, apparel retail environment (preferred).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and performance expectations.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Occasional travel to other store locations may be required.
