Overview

As a Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customers and deliver desired results. You will also share responsibility for executing store operations and maintaining an appealing store environment. Your role involves creating a positive environment that develops and engages managers, associates, and customers daily. You love being part of a winning team and bring energy to your work.

The Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

As the Supervisor, you will:

  • Support the management team in achieving sales results and business growth.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge, selling, and operational skills to maximize sales.
  • Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
  • Serve as a role model for the customer experience.
  • Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are consistently met.
  • Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
  • Learn all aspects of the business and contribute ideas to drive growth.
  • Create a positive work environment with a professional attitude.
  • Perform POS transactions and execute supervisor functions in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Model company values: respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
Qualifications

You will also have:

  • Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume, apparel retail environment (preferred).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and performance expectations.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Occasional travel to other store locations, if needed.
