Overview

As a Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customers and deliver desired results. You will also share responsibility for executing store operations and maintaining an appealing store environment. The Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

As the Supervisor, you will:

• Serve as a role model for the customer experience.
• Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are consistently met.
• Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
• Learn all aspects of the business and contribute ideas to drive growth.

• Perform POS transactions and execute supervisor functions in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications

You will also have:

• Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume, apparel retail environment (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and performance expectations.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other store locations, if needed.
