About the Role

The Supervisor reports to the Store Manager and plays a vital role in supporting store operations, maintaining visual standards, and fostering a positive environment for team members and customers. Your energy and leadership will help drive sales and build brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving sales targets and growing the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience and foster loyalty.
• Support store standards for merchandising and operations.
• Perform POS transactions and execute supervisor functions in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Support and model company values including respect, integrity, teamwork, and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel to other store locations if needed.
