As a Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customers and deliver desired results. You will share responsibility for executing store operations and maintaining a visually appealing store. Reporting Line

The Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

  • Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.

  • Perform POS transactions and execute supervisor functions in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications
  • Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume, apparel retail environment (preferred).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and performance goals.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to other store locations if needed.

Physical & Legal Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential functions per ADA and other standards.
  • Ability to remain stationary and operate equipment for up to 8 hours.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
