As a Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customers and deliver desired results. You will share responsibility for executing store operations and maintaining a visually appealing store. Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume, apparel retail environment (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and performance expectations.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other store locations may be required.

Physical and Other Requirements

• Ability to perform essential job functions safely and in compliance with ADA, FMLA, and other standards.
• Maintain regular, timely attendance.
• Remain stationary for up to 8 hours; operate computers and office equipment.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Reach at or below shoulder level; lift and move equipment or samples up to 50 lbs.
