Job summary

Aeropostale is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the management team, drive sales, and maintain an engaging, visually appealing store environment. This role reports to the Store Manager and emphasizes teamwork, urgency, and brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in a fast-paced apparel setting, a track record of meeting sales targets, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Occasional travel to other locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

The Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.
